1.  등록 기간(Registration)

• 정규등록 : 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지(Regular Registration: June 1 - June 30)

• 추가등록 : 7월 1일부터 7월 31일까지; 추가등록비 $50불(Late Registration: July 1 - July 31; $50 Late fee) 

2. 개강일과 수업 기간(Start date & Class Period)

2026년 9월 5일부터 2027년 6월 5일까지(매주 토요일, 총 32주) September 5, 2026 - June 5, 2027(Every Saturday, total of 32 weeks)

3. 교육과정 안내(Program)

우리 학교는 동포자녀, 입양아, 현지인을 대상으로 하는 미주 한국어교육반(미주반)과 한국 주재관 및 주재원 자녀를 대상으로 하는 한국 교과과정반(한교과반)을 운영하고 있습니다. We offer two programs.

1) 미주 한국어교육반(미주반) Korean-American Class

• 대상: 동포자녀, 입양아, 현지인 Korean-American, Adopted & Local Children

• 내용: 한국어와 한국 문화 역사 Korean Language, Korean Culture and History

• 시간: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

2) 한국 교과과정반(한교과반) Korean Public School Class

• 대상: 한국 주재관 및 주재원 자녀 등 귀국하는 학생 For Children temporarily visiting from Korea

• 내용: 국어, 수학, 사회 등 Korean, Math, Social Studies

• 시간: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM 

[특별활동(한자반) Extra Curricular(Hanja)]

• 대상: 한국 교과과정반에 등록한 학생 For Students Enrolled in the Korean Public School Class

• 내용: 한자 급수별 수업 Hanja Lessons by Proficiency Level

• 시간: 2:40 PM - 3:25 PM

4. 수업료(Tuition)

1) 미주 한국어교육반(미주반) Korean American Class

• 1자녀(1 Child): $530

• 2자녀(2 Children): $1,050 (with $10 discount)

• 3자녀(3 Children): $1,570 (with $20 discount)

2) 한국 교과과정반(한교과반) Korean Public School Class

• 1자녀(1 Child): $560/semester

• 2자녀(2 Children): $1,120/semester

• 3자녀(3 Children): $1,680/semester

• 특별활동-한자반 Extra Curricular-Hanja: $120/semester

5. 등록방법(How to register)

6. 수업료 내는 방법(How to pay the Tuition)

입금 확인을 위해 메시지란에 아래 형식을 반드시 지켜주세요. (Please use the following format in the memo box of your preferred payment methods for payment confirmation.)

• 개인(Individual): Miju Class/Child Name (Ex) M/Gildong Hong

• 다자녀(Multiple Children): Miju Class/First Child Name/Family (Ex) M/Gildong Hong Family

한교반

• 개인(Individual): Hangyo Class/Child Name (Ex) H/Gildong Hong

• 다자녀(Multiple Children): Hangyo Class/First Child Name/Family (Ex) H/Gildong Hong Family

7. 환불 및 보충 수업(Refund and make-up Class Policy)

• 수업 등록 후 7일 이내에는 취소가 가능하며, 등록비 $50을 제외한 금액이 환불됩니다. 7일이 지난 후에는 환불이 불가능합니다. (Cancellations are permitted within 7 days of registration. A refund will be issued minus a $50 registration fee. After 7 days, no refunds will be available.)

• 날씨로 인한 휴강은 Fairfax County Public Schools 일정에 따르며, 2회 휴강 시 1회 보충 수업을 온라인(줌 수업)으로 진행합니다. (Class cancellations due to weather will follow the Fairfax County Public Schools schedule. In the event of cancellations, one make-up class will be provided online (via Zoom) for every two canceled sessions.)

8. 등록 시 주의 사항(Important Notes for Registration)

• 수업료 납부를 하셔야 등록이 완료됩니다. 구글폼을 작성하고 바로 납부해 주세요.(Tuition must be paid in full to complete registration. Please fill out the Google form and pay immediately.) 

• 재학생을 우선 등록 받으며, 해당 반의 정원이 마감되면 대기자 명단에 올라갑니다. (Priority will be given to currently enrolled students. Once a class is full, students will be added to the waiting list.)

⚠️ Pre-K (Born before March 2022) 정원 제한(Pre-K Limited Capacity)

• Pre-K 반: 선착순 12명 한정 (First 12 Pre-K applicants only)

• 정원 초과 시: 대기자 명단으로 자동 전환 (Placement on wait list after 12 Pre-K applicants)
